About the Position

An emerging luxury development company within Brisbane is searching for a stand-out first year parks and gardens apprentice to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes of their sophisticated properties in some of Brisbane’s most sought after suburbs. Parks and Gardens apprentices do much more than just mow grass, you'll learn how to set up a garden, create great soil, look after the Aussie bush, feed plants, landscape, pave areas and diagnose tree health and issues, tackle weeds, diseases and problems manually and safely with chemicals. And you’ll know how to troubleshoot problems with irrigation and use tractors, mowers, clippers, hedge trimmers and more.

About You

To thrive within this organisation, you will be a strong communicator, have exceptional personal presentation and focused attention to detail. 

Non-essential skills

• Certificate II in Horticulture
• Certificate I in Conservation and Land Management
