Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic, talented individuals with an eye for detail, who take pride in their workmanship. We are searching for someone that we can help become a highly trained and skilled Panel Beater at a prestigious, world-class facility in Mortdale. This position would suit recent school leavers.

So, if you're passionate about cars, enthusiastic about delivering exceptional quality, and looking for an exciting and rewarding career at one of the NSW leading  Auto body workshop then we want to talk to you.

The successful candidate will have:
• A passion for cars
• Committed to learn and become a qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter
• Strong attention to detail
• Well developed communication skills
• A strong work ethic, and be efficient, honest, reliable and punctual
• A Drivers licence is preferred 

No previous work experience is required, but a keen interest in all things automotive is a distinct advantage or completion of a Pre-apprenticeship course. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career with a premier auto-body repair group and receive the best training possible in a professional, supportive environment.

You will have the chance to learn a broad range of skills, including:

  • Learning to determine the nature and extent of damage to a vehicle so it can be repaired
  • Finishing techniques including filling and sanding of panel surfaces
  • Learning the latest techniques for repairing metal, fibreglass and plastic bodywork of vehicles
  • Learning the techniques involved to paint the prepared surfaces of prestige vehicles
