Job Description

With this apprenticeship, you’ll rev up your skills to service, diagnose and repair Prestige Motor Vehicles.  As a 1st year apprentice, you spend each day learning different skill sets that will help expand your knowledge and assist in growing your career. Earn While you Learn

About the Apprenticeship:

  • Follow safe working practices in an automotive environment.
  • Use and maintain tools and equipment specific to light vehicle automotive.
  • Identify automotive electrical systems and components.
  • Assist and observe mechanics on a daily basis.

About You

  • Passionate about starting your career as an Automotive Technician
  • Commitment to a 4 year apprenticeship - including both work and study requirements
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to follow instructions
  • Integrity, honesty, and maturity
  • Great team work skills and a positive attitude towards helping others
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Clean cut and well presented
  • Exceptional reliability and punctuality
  • Current Drivers Licence, is essential (own transport is preferred)
  • Have unrestricted work rights in Australia
